Anderton You probably already know this, but did you do a VST reset AND re-scan, and install the latest IK version from their web site? It was definitely running in 64 bit, so I guess I must have been using BitBridge (I'm guessing now that that happens automatically). The other option is to manually run the SONAR installers and install the 32bit version of SONAR. To run 32bit IK software in 64bit SONAR requires SONAR to run as administrator. By default installing SONAR Platinum using the Command Center will install 64bit SONAR.
